Early Student Withdrawal Policy

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

Due to the overwhelming number of requests to withdraw students prior to the end of the school day, it will be required to provide notification to the Attendance Clerk, Ms. Coleman, by 12 PM (noon).

Additionally, a doctor's note or proof of emergency will be required or an unexcused absence will be issued. Please note, if the student is feeling sick, they must be seen by the school nurse first before parent/legal guardian is contacted. If a student contacts a parent by an electronic device (phone, etc.) before the consent of the nurse or a staff member in the front office, their phone will be confiscated for breaking the CPMA Electronics Device Policy.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE NOTICE BY NOON CAN RESULT IN UP TO AN HOUR DELAY IN WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENT.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
